Strength endurance focused swimming primary make up the bulk of my swim workouts. A combination of longer sets mixed with pulling, and swimming different strokes including IM (Individual Medley).
Today I completed one of my standard workouts outlined below
WU: 600 MS: 400 swim 4X 100IM, 300 swim 3X 100 pull, 200 swim, 2X 100 IM 100 swim, 100 Kick . CD: mix of dolphin kick and drill
