Let me explain.

Hi! My name is Wendy, 

I’ve been doing this for 30+ years,

I’ve finished Over 21 Ironmans, 

10 Kona (winning one in 2008),

And almost every triathlon you can name. 

Here’s a summary of some of my accomplishments:

You’re probably training somewhere around Georgia…

Tired of being run over by the sport…

And thinking about finally committing to the sport.

But here’s the truth,

If you’re serious about…

Consistently doing this sport for the next 10+ years…

Improving so much that you laugh at your old self – EVERY year…

And never ‘accidentally’ fall into the worst shape of your life,

Your BIGGEST problem is or will likely be finding a permanent and reliable plan/mentor for you.

Which is all down to two things:

  1. Everyone struggles differently at 5 am
  2. There are way too many triathletes “coaches” trying to cover their expenses

(trust me, I was them 30 years ago).


What makes me different now? 

Besides my finishes, athletes, and experience,

The major reason why I’m completely different to any triathlete ‘coach’ in the area…

…is all because of how I copy every coaching approach –

JUST to find one that fits you.

So if you’ve taken a Master’s swim program…

But found yourself barely improving…

It’s probably because their coaching style just doesn’t match YOUR training style/goal.

This is the case for most coaches/program…

As most of them have ONE fixed coaching style…

Which works perfectly well for one type of athlete…

But SUCK for the rest. 

This is why I’ve shifted to a ‘adapt’ training model,

Which I’ll get into shortly…

After I tell you about this interesting group of athletes who’ve used it.


The impossible mother/lawyer athlete – JUDY 

The lawyer and mother of two, JUDY, reached out to me back in 2014. She came into the sport from a strong running background but had an unstructured chaotic training structure that would’ve even burned out the pros.
