You’ll complete:
10-minute swim
30-minute bike
20-minute run
No pacing stress, no complicated logistics—just you, your effort, and the clock. Go as hard or as easy as you like. Our supportive environment makes it perfect for beginners, returning athletes, and anyone wanting a motivating push after the holidays.
