Water Workout Wednesday – Recovery

I really enjoy my recovery swims. The main reason is because I schedule them after a hard training day and it motivates me to complete the harder training session because I know I will follow it up with a recovery swim. I also include recovery weeks into my training program with additional recovery swims. Mixing up my strokes, focusing on drills and kicking with fins creates variety and makes the time go by faster, especially when I am tired. Swimming mindlessly is the best! What is your favorite swim workout
