- Wendy Mader: founder & head coach. Master's in Exercise & Sport Science, Ironman U Certified Coach, masters swim coach and adult swim-technique specialist.
- Honors: 2008 Kona Overall Amateur Champion, 21-time Ironman finisher, 10-time Kona World Championship finisher, ultra-runner (Run Rabbit Run 100, Georgia Death Race).
- Coaching philosophy: Health → Fitness → Sport, in that order; relationship over programming; the athlete's goals come first.

- Multisport & single-sport coaching: $300/mo multisport, $150/mo single sport. Custom plans in TrainingPeaks, unlimited communication, race-day strategy.
- Private swim, bike or run lessons: one-on-one technique sessions with video stroke/gait analysis, in person or remote.
- 12-week custom training plan: a one-time periodized plan built for a goal race after a kickoff consult.
